Adding User Defined Field for adminEdit and indirectCostEdit within State COA Import triggers error for NC DPI

When trying to enter a User Defined Field for adminEdit and indirectCostEdit within State COA Import for NC DPI, an error:

Program stopped at 'GLSegmentValidator.4gl', line 3266
SQL statement error number -6372 (-512).
Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

A software defect is currently causing this issue.

When available, install MUN-418794.  This affects NC DPI's State COA Import functionality.
