MN PERA - Earnings and Contributions amounts inflated

• I have a few employees who are generating period records with double the amount of earnings and contributions that they were actually paid/withheld in the pay period
• I have employees reporting quadruple the amount of earnings and contribution that they were actually paid when my submission file is generated

Employee had more than one MN PERA Retirement Maintenance record

An employee should not have more than one MN PERA Maintenance record.

Delete the incorrect Maintenance record for the affected employee(s), re-Generate Period Records and then recreate the submission file. 

In Versions 2024.3 and higher, the MN PERA Maintenance program will not allow you to create more than one record per employee. 

Multiples added prior to that change would need to be deleted as noted above.
