How do I cancel my virtual user group registration?

Cause

Informational.

Resolution

To cancel your virtual registration, use the cancelation link located at the bottom of the confirmation and reminder emails sent from GoToWebinar.

Please note, webinar recordings are emailed to attendees and absentees two hours after the session ends, if you would like to receive a webinar recording via email, you do not need to cancel your registration.
