Pay Flat Amount Regardless of FTE in Job Salary

Pay Code is Flat Amount and Job Salary is reducing Amount by FTE Percent. How do I pay full Flat Amount regardless of FTE Percent in Job Salary?

FTE Percent in Job Salary is 50 which is reducing the Flat Amount by 50 Percent. I would like to pay the Full Flat Amount of 100 Percent, even though Employee is Part-Time at FTE 50 Percent. 

In Payroll> Payroll Set Up> Payroll Control Settings, Category: Employee Job Salary, Label: Update FTE on Other Pays, Update Value to "N", Accept. The "N" setting allows you to define each pay with a different FTE Percent. It does not have to match Base Pay FTE Percent when Job matches.
