Job Posting missing in Manager Self Service

When accessing Manager Self Service in ESS, job postings are not showing for the hiring manager.

• Human Capital Management

• ESS
• Version 2021.12+

All positions tied to the Job Openings record are currently filled.

To resolve this, you can utilize one of the following solutions:

1. Increase the FTE on at least one of the Position Control records listed on the Job Openings record.
2. Set one of the base pay Employee Job/Salary records to a Status of Moving Out.
