How to retrieve Hub error logs.

Cause
Resolution
NOTE: you must have the administrator role in Hub to retrieve logs
Once logged into Hub as administrator:
- Go to Administration.
- Click Logs and Diagnostics.
- Select the desired date under Available logs. (Click Logs first if not seeing Available Logs.)
- Latest versions of Hub System Logs.
