How to mass acknowledge notifications for employees

How can we set up an employee to mass acknowledge notifications for other employees?

Role permissions have not been configured correctly.

1. Navigate to Roles
   1. Enterprise ERP > System Administration > General Administration > Security > Roles
2. Click Search and locate the record you wish to update
3. Click the Munis System folder
4. Click Update and flag the checkbox Mass acknowledge notifications for others'
5. Click Accept to finalize changes
