Banking Information Change for Standard ReadyForms Templates

Bank Routing and Account number change on Standard Templates for AP, PR, SA Check forms.

New Bank Account information needed on Check Forms

1. From the Tyler Hub menu, navigate to ReadyForms > Readyforms Administration

   1. In newer versions of Munis this page is titled Enterprise Forms Administration

2. On the side menu, select the program that uses the template you wish to change, and then the Type of template

3. On the new screen that pops up, select the template you wish to change the banking information on

4. Click on the Forms Design tab

5. Open the Bank drop down menu

6. Change the Routing Number and Account Number fields to the new desired value

7. Click Save in the bottom right
