When starting the F5 VPN, connection fails and closes with the following error: Your session could not be established could not be established. The session reference number: nnnnnnnn Application will be closed

Version 7.1.8.4 or earlier of the F5 client cannot establish a connection.
Update to the latest version (7.1.8.5+) of the F5 client by performing the following steps
- Uninstall BIGIP Edge Client from workstation* and reboot PC
- Open Web Browser (preferably Google Chrome)
- Navigate to https://secure.tylertech.com
- Sign-In with datacenter credentials (i.e 1234jsmith)
- Download and Install F5 client from the F5 pop-up*
- Refresh the page and wait for the F5 client to launch
*Some workstations may need administrative privileges to uninstall/install applications. Please reach out to your IT for further assistance with this.
