Inner Exception Message: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.UnusedJournalNumbers' with unique index 'IX_UnusedJournalNumber_Unique'. The duplicate key value is (xxxxxxxxxxx).
The statement has been terminated.
