Description of Issue
  • Auditor or site admin needs system generated listing of all  Munis users and role/permissions in PDF
Context

Cause


Resolution
  1. Navigate to Tyler Hub > System Administration > User Attributes
  2. From the top menu Search and then click Accept with no text in any fields. This will fetch all users' records from MUNIS.
  3. In the top menu Click on PDF Icon. A dialog box will pop up to select export options.
  4. Click OK to export the report as PDF. 
  5. Report will be downloaded to default downloads locations as a PDF.


Additional Information

Note: If there are many user records in MUNIS, the export might take some time to process. 

MUN-369375 is open with Development to offer this report in Excel format. See: User Role and Permissions report format is not readable
