Cause
Tyler Coach needs permission from the site to assign a Tyler Coach Manager
Resolution
Clients in Implementation:
- Have the Tyler Project Manager notify coach@tylertech.com for Tyler Coach Manager permission.
Post Implementation:
- Please email a letter, on your organization’s letterhead, from your Finance Director or IT Director to coach@tylertech.com to gain access to the Tyler Coach Manager Management portal. This will allow you to assign courses and run reports on participation
