Budget projection generated with projection number 0

Client is looking to delete a projection 0 that is listed in Roll/Factor/Merge Projection yet does not exist in Define/Start Budget Projection.

• Define Start Budget Projection
• Roll Factor Merge Projection
• Next Year Budget Entry
• Central Budget Entry

During Budget Projection Import the Projection number to use was manually added as 0

or 

During the Merge process two projections are merged into one with the number 0

If this was from an Import:

Reimport the budget projection and assign a new number

If this is from a Merge:

Redo the merge giving the new projection a number other than 0

Work ticket MUN-439479 was created to address this issue

For both instances the 0 projection will not be able to be deleted until the MUN is released as it will also address the 0 projections not showing within Define/Start Budget Projections.
