Description of Issue

Unable to change Last Activity Date without having to add Held Interest.

Cause

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. 

Current workaround is to add Held Interest when creating an Adjustment in Bill Detail Adjustments. Interest to begin accruing from the Adjustment's Effective Date. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
