• Check for Current Actual Header Detail Mismatch, if issues are found please see Master Article - General Ledger Utilities
• If there are no Current year header detail mismatch or still issues once GL Memo Balance is completed, please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support for assistance.

For the Multiyear Life column Actual Memo 

MUNIS > Financials > Account Inquiry

1. Click Search
2. Type in Org, Object, Project number or account segments
3. Click on Accept

• The Life Actual Memo total is the sum of the Inception to SOY amount (sum of all Actual Journals for prior year 1 and before) + the Current year Actual Memo amount 

Review the Inception to SOY Amount

MUNIS > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set up chart of accounts > Account Master

1. Click Search
2. Type in Org, Object, Project number or account segments
3. Click Accept
4. Click Amounts
5. Click Current Total Amounts tab

• The Inception to SOY amount = sum of all Actual Journals for prior year 1 and before (if this amount is not correct, the site either has converted data which we need to verify, or somehow the Inception to SOY was updated incorrectly and needs to be scripted to correct)
• There should be NO Inception to SOY amounts on: Balance sheet accounts or any other Account other then Multiyear Expense and Revenue Accounts
