This happens when ReadyForms is trying to push out 2022 or 2023 year-end specific templates, but they already existone already exists with the same name. Someone may have manually created templates by copying a previous year's template.

Year-end templates are generated by installing the latest release of ReadyForms. Users should NOT attempt to manually create the standard year end templates as this will cause conflicts. 

Remove the listed 2022/23 specific ReadyForms template listed in the TDD error

1. Log into ReadyForms AdministrationForms Administration with an account that has permissions to delete templates
   1. If there is a failed deployment and you cannot access Enterprise Forms Administration due to 400 Bad Request Your request resulted in an error, please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal
2. Find the template listed in the TDD error
   1. Hover over the template name and click the trashcan icon to delete it
   .
3. Delete any templates marked as 2022 xxxx PCL,2021Standard with mismatching years in the template name and layout
   1. Ex: 2024 W2 Archive, 2023Standard Layout
   2. There likely will may be multiple templates that will cause an issue. Check all Review Payroll 1099 and W2 templates, as well as Accounts Payable 1099 year end templates. See below Additional Information for examples.
4. ReOnce mismatched templates are deleted, re-run the deployment.In some circumstances the TDD will fail again and list another template. You may need to remove multiple 2022 ReadyForms templates in order to get the issue resolved.

Payroll

• Delete templates marked as 2022 xxxx PCL,2021Standard Layout
• • 1095-B

  • Payroll 1099-R
• Possible template sub types: Archive, Email, Print

  • Navigate to Payroll
  • Select Payroll 1095-x
  • Delete templates marked as 2022 xxxx PCL,2021Standard Layout

  1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-INT, 1099-G, 1099-S - Archive, Print

  • Delete templates marked as 2022 xxxx PCL,2021Standard Layout
