  1. Browse to https://www.tylerdeploy.com

  2. Select sign in option located upper right-hand side of screen

  3. Enter 2 factor authentication

  4. TCP Ecosystem from Utilities section

  5. Take note of the Your Portals section

    • If Prod portal found the site has ACFR and the user listed when Prod is expanded is the portal admin for site

    • No portals found - ACFR has not been migrated or deployed
