titleResolution

Development is working to address this under MUN-453546

Following the steps below will address the issue temporarily if the site does not utilize Employee Access:

  1. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > System Settings
  2. In System Settingsclick on Site Settings
  3. Click on the tab Application Integration
  4. Check URL listed in the text fieldTyler Employee Self Service Access base URL

    1. If URL is {ENV:MU_TESSURL}  click Update and chang URL to {ENV:MU_ESSURL}

  5. Save Settings
  6. In the Tyler Menu navigate System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Settings
  7. Verify checkbox is now accessible
  8. Once the settings are updated and saved, go back to the Tyler Employee Access base URL following the above steps, and change the URL back to {ENV:MU_TESSURL}

Note that if Step 8 is skipped and you utilize ESS for Time Off and Time Sheet submissions, the system will think the site owns Employee Access, and ESA and EST Approval email will only have one link and a invalid URL. Also if Workflow Settings is updated it will clear out the flags, requiring the above steps to be done again until the above work ticket is complete
