When clicking the Launch ExecuTime button in ESS we are getting the following errror:

This page isn’t working
executime.xxxxxxxxx.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

• Munis
• ExecuTime
• MSS Hosting

ExecuTime URL is incorrect in svcMSS XCF thus pulling into hosting page incorrectly

First, confirm URL is correct in ERP variables in Tyler Deploy

1. Log into https://tylerdeploy.com/
2. Open Product Configuration > Munis ERP
3. Expand Munis ERP
4. Scroll to ExecuTime URL
5. Confirm URL is only the root and does not include /ExecuTime/index.do
6. If it has any addition to the root URL, remove it, save the variables, and run CreateXCF

Second, confirm the correct URL pulls into Self Service hosting page

1. Log into ESS Hosting page with admin credentials
2. Click on Edit
3. Next to Web Service root URL click on Test Connection
4. Confirm the ExecuTime Root URL pulls in correctly - this URL is pulled directly from the GAS XCF
   1. URL will include /ExecuTime/ but not index.do

Example of a correct URL: HTTPS://tyler-city.7120.executime/

Example of an incorrect URL: HTTPS://tyler-city.7120.executime/index.do/
