  • Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set/Up Chart of Accounts > Account Master
    1. Search
    2. Enter Account Code & Segments
    3. Accept or Enter
    4. Amounts
    5. Select Current Year or Last Year monthly amounts tab to see SOY period 0 sum of all posted journals for that account
  • Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Inquiry and Reports > Account Inquiry
    1. Search
    2. Enter Account Code & Segments
    3. Accept or Enter
    4. Months
    5. View current year SOY period 0s um of all posted journals for that account
      • Rick Right click and add LY Actual to see prior year SOY amounts
  • Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Journal Inquiry/Print
    1. Search
    2. Enter needed Fiscal Year and Period 0
    3. Accept or Enter
      • Browse or export to excel to see all data returned
  • Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > End of Period > Balance Sheet Report
    1. Define
    2. Enter needed fund range and period 0
    3. Accept
    4. Select needed output method
      • Display
      • PDF
      • Excel
      • Print
