A password prompt generates to prevent changing segment sizes to protect the integrity of data.

If the site is Live, a length update to Segment Sizes can only be made by Professional Services, which involves a fee.  Please submit a request for a quote on Tyler Community.

  1. Go to

support.munis.com
  • Click on Access Community under Tyler Community.
  • Select Click for more client resources
  • Select Submit a request for quote or product suggestion
    • Follow step 3 for competing a Request for Quote form, RFQ specification document

    4. Underneath the page title, click the Wikis tab

    5. Click Product Information

    6. Select Enterprise ERP Enhancement Request
