A schedule job needs to be deleted.

System Administration > Scheduler Administration > Scheduler Queue

  1. Click/Highlight the job under the Queue tab
    1. If the job was created by another user select View All before selecting the job
  2. Click Job from toolbar
  3. Click the Red X or Delete option
  4. Select All to the following: The selected job is set to recur in the future. Delete all future occurrences or this single occurrence only?
  5. Click Delete all future occurrences

You will need to be the clerk that created the job to delete the job from the Queue and the The Scheduler has to be in a status of Online to receive the message, to schedule or delete jobs. If set to recur in the future, the following message will be received. The selected job is set to recur in the future. Delete all future occurrences or this single occurrence only?
