  1. From In the Fixed Capital Asset Miscellaneous Codes program click (Financials > Capital Assets > Set Up > Capital Asset Miscellaneous Codes), click Add
  2. Select a code type of LOC - PHYSICAL LOCATION CODES in the Code type field Enter in the remaining required fields Code, Description and Short desc and click PHYSICAL LOCATION CODES and populate the rest of the fields
  3. Click Accept to save the record
