Someone is requesting that I give this person access to generate a time card report in ExecuTime. Is there a way to only give them access to this one report? 

Yes, on the users role there is a reporting area under the menu access that allows the option to pick and choose the report options. 

To locate this area follow the steps below:

1. Select System Admin 

2. Select Security & Permissions 

3. Select the pencil for the role in question 

4. Under Menu Access scroll down until you see Reporting 

5. Under the Reporting area check the box next to each report the user should have access to 

6. Select Save
