  1. Access the affected server as tylerservice or an administrative account

  2. Go to the Windows Search Bar (icon on the bottom left corner)

  3. TypeServer Manager > double click on it > Manage > Add Roles and Features

  4. Select Next on the Before you Begin Page

  5. Make sure role-based or feature-basedis checked

  2. Under Server Selection, select Next

  3. Under Server Roles expand Web Server (IIS) > Expand Management Tools

  4. Check the box for IIS Management Console >Next > Next > Install

    1. Note: When done, you will see Installation succeeded on xxxxxxx > Go to the Windows Search Bar (icon on the bottom left corner) > TypeIIS
