ClientAddress.rtf file in ReadyForms needs to be updated with the desired information. This can be accomplished using the following steps. - Launch WordPad
- Enter desired information onto page
- Format address as desired for font style and size
- File > Save As > Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
- Name the file ClientAddress
- Launch Munis
- Navigate to ReadyForms Administration in the Tyler Menu
- Locate the affected template
- Select the Form Design tab
- Scroll down to Client Information
- Click on the box labeled Address
- Navigate through the windows Open dialogue and find the ClientAddress.rtf file created above
- Click Open
- Click Save on the template
