The user's current password is not successful in logging them into the TCM Full Client or they are otherwise locked out.

Please contact a system administrator to complete these below steps.

  1. Log in to the TCM Full Client with an account that has admin rights  
  2. Navigate to Administration> Security Manager
  3. Locate the affected user ID and double
  4. click 
  5. click the user ID to open the record
  6. Select Unlock User 
  7. Select Change Password
  8. Set a temporary
  9. password to any word with
  10. password to any letters and a numerical value (ex: password1) 
  11. Check

  17. box so that the user is prompted to change their password upon login
  18. Click ok
  19. Ask the user
