Site has recently upgraded to ReadyForms, they are attempting to print using old Tyler Forms printer definition instead of ReadyForms. Default Auto Printer in Purchasing Settings is pointing to the incorrect printer

  1. Navigate to Munis>Financials>Purchasing>Setup>Purchasing Settings

  2. Select Requisition and Purchase Order Settings tab

  3.  Click Click Update

  4. Under Purchase Order Settings, select Output using ReadyForms, and select the correct PO Print Definition

  5. Select the Ready Forms Delivery Definition
  6. Click Accept
