Yes, future dated premium tables can be created without impacting current payroll. Munis will not use a future dated premium table's rates until the Effective Date of that premium table is on or before the Check Date of the payroll. For example, if the Check Date of the payroll is 6/1/2022, the system will generate rates from the most recent Premium Table dated on or before 6/1/2022 The rates are pulled from the Insurance Premium Tables based on the payroll Start and End Dates. |
