Prior to EdLink, we only submitted staff non-attendance during the June EOY cycle, but now they want it all year.  Is there something different that needs to be done to get the staff attendance file to build for the October submission?

The program will currently only create Leave records when the Generate Leave Records option is selected on the Generate screen and the Reporting Month is June.

The process remains unchanged.Install correction when available and then follow the steps below:

  1. Select Generate Leave Records and complete the Leave tab on the Generate screen when the Generate is processed.
  2. Select Report Leave Records when the submission files are created.

Work around: 

  1. Generate June in a non-Production environment.
  2. Use the Export/Import functionality in the Leave records screen to Export from non-Production and Import to Production.
