Tyler Reporting SQL accounts are required to access the Tyler Reporting Server and Report Builder program. Syncing the password with the Munis account simplifies logins.

Tyler Reporting SQL Account Creation and Password Syncing

  1. The administrator will log into Munis Cloud Admin using the Munis username and password
  2. Click on User Account Management  > Manage User Accounts in the menu
  3. You will be prompted for your 2 Factor Authentication. Enter the code from your Google Authenticator app
  4. Search for the user you wish to modify under Find a user…
    1. If the user does not already have a Cloud Admin account, create one following this article How to Create A New Cloud Admin Account
  5. Click on View Details
  6. Click on Create SQL Reporting Account
  7. Have the user log into Munis Cloud Admin  (to sync their account password:
    1. Datacenter Clients: https://muniscloud.tylertech.com
    ) using the user's current Munis username and password. This syncs the accounts passwords.
    2. AWS hosted clients: https://muniscloud.tylerhost.net
