There are two ways the TCM CM Full Client can be accessed.

  • From the Tyler Menu:
    1. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings
    2. Launch the first Document Explorer URL link in a new tab
    3. The

    1. CM Full Client launch screen will be presented and can be launched either using
  • the
    1. the Launch [Site Name] - TCM PROD (JLink) (WebStart)
      • WebStart requires Java to be installed on the given workstation, JLink does not
      • In newer CM Versions this landing page lists the Full Client links as 64 or 32 bit versions, use the bit-version in relation to the bit-version of your scan driver as applicable.
  • From the TCM HTML Viewer Panel:
    1. From the

    1. CM through Munis), select the first part of the URL up to the word viewer
    2. Paste this URL into a new tab 
    3. See step 3 above

Please note the Content Manger launch page periodically get reworded or reorganized. Please ensure that the correct bit-version (32- or 64-) is selected that you intend to download and launch.
