When importing a Subsequent Real Estate CAMA file that contains changes to the between the Annual and Subsequent imports, an error occurs.

A generic error occurs during the subsequent import for real estate taxes.

• Errors have occurred.  Check the error log for details.
• System log error: Error in ARChargeCodeHelper.getBufferedObject.
• Category is required if ChargeId is not provided.
• Real Estate import for taxes throws an error. 

A generic error occurs during the subsequent import for real estate taxes.  System log stats Error in ARChargeCodeHelper.getBufferedObject. and Category is required if ChargeId is not provided.  This error only occurs to real estate records that have had changes between the annual and subsequent imports.

Development is currently researching this issuethe issue.
