Due to the sensitive nature of payment configurations, only Tyler Support has the authorization to make these changes. Customers or admins must contact Tyler Support to proceed with this request.  When contacting Tyler Support to request the disabling of the e-check auto-pay option. Provide all necessary details, including your organization’s name and the specific payment type needing adjustment.

Disabling the e-check auto-pay option is a safeguard to ensure that payment methods align with your organization’s policies and preferences. Ensure to verify the updated settings with Tyler Support to confirm the e-check auto-pay option is disabled. For any concerns or additional requests, maintain communication with Tyler Support for the most accurate and timely assistance.

Please note that customers still have the option to pay using E-Checks, but not the ability to setup a scheduled automatic payment using this tender. Additional steps are required to disable the use of this tender as a whole.
