Import Journals

Budget amendments

Import Journals program is used  used to import budget amendments.

General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry History > Import Journals

1. Select Standard Excel Import template and click Generate.
2. Export filter Click Accept.
   
3. Open template from lower screen and populate, using B for each row for Transaction Type. 
4. Select BUA for source in import criteria.
5. After importing, release/post in Budget Transfers and Amendments program.
6. Once complete save the file to the desktop.
