Development is currently researching the issue. Current workaround is to add Held Interest when creating an Adjustment in Bill Detail AdjustmentsThis has been resolved in 2021.9 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version. Use the following to update the Last Activity Date through Bill Detail Adjustment with an Adjustment. Interest to begin accruing from the Adjustment's Effective Date. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.new Last Activity Date: - Navigate to: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > State > Collection Processing
> Bill - > Bill Detail Adjustments.
- Click Add to create a new Batch and click Accept.
Click - Click Add and enter the bill information
to adjust- for the new Adjustment.
- In the Effective Date
field, enter the expected Last Activity Date you want Interest to begin calculating from and click Accept- field for when the adjustment transaction should takes place and click Accept. This is not the Last Activity Date yet.
- From the Charge and Installment screen, Select the Bill Charge line to adjust and click Update.
Populate the new Held Interest amounts and click Accept- Enter the new Last Activity Date and click Accept. Effective Date cannot be set prior to any Payment activity for that bill.
- Bill Post and GL post the Adjustment.
