When clicking the "Launch ExecuTime" button in ESS we are getting the following errror:

This page isn’t working
executime.xxxxxxxxx.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

• Munis
• ExecuTime
• MSS Hosting

An extra "index.do/" was added to the ExecuTime Root URL on the MSSHosting Page.

1. Log into MSS Hosting with admin credentials. 
2. Click on Edit. Remove the "index.do/" in the ExecuTime Root URL field. 
   1. The "index.do/" is created when the "Launch ExecuTime" button is clicked from ESS so there is no need to define it in the Root URL.
3. Click on Update Client. 

Example of a correct URL: HTTPS://tyler-city.7120.executime/

Example of an incorrect URL: HTTPS://tyler-city.7120.executime/index.do/
